4. Pricing
Prices shown on the site are Spainomad's fixed fee and do not include government fees, apostilles, sworn translations, consular fees, or any other third-party costs.
5. Intellectual property
All materials on the site (text, graphics, logos) belong to Spainomad SL. Copying, distribution, or use without written consent is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
Spainomad does not guarantee that a visa or residency will be granted — the final decision is made by the competent Spanish authorities. Spainomad's liability is limited to the fee paid under the relevant contract.
7. Applicable law
Disputes are governed by Spanish law and subject to the courts of Madrid.
