2. Data we collect
Contact data (name, email, phone) that you share when reaching out. Case data (passport details, documents) — only if you have signed a contract and explicitly provided them. Technical data: IP address, device type, anonymous visit analytics (Vercel Analytics — no cookies).
3. Purposes and legal bases
Providing relocation services — performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Replies to inquiries — our legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR). Anonymous site analytics — our legitimate interest.
4. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell your data. Disclosure is limited to: (a) Spanish consulates and immigration authorities — to the extent necessary to file your case; (b) sworn translators and notaries — for document certification; (c) infrastructure providers (Vercel Inc., USA — under EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
5. Retention
Contact data — up to 2 years after the last interaction. Active case data — for the duration of services and 5 years afterwards, as required by Spanish tax and immigration law.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, withdraw consent, and file a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, aepd.es). To exercise your rights, write to hola@spainomad.com.
7. Changes
This policy may be updated. The current version is published on this page with its update date.
